Staging Project

Hello everyone!

A few months ago I had the opportunity to stage this amazing condo around the university area. This condo had problems selling because it was outdated and did not have furniture to showcase the space. Unforgettable Spaces was brought in to make this property sparkle. This property sat vacant for almost a year, after being staged it sold in only 69 days.

Stephanie and Unforgettable Spaces had great communication from the start, attractive pricing, excellent ideas, and intuition for staging the space that created a modern yet uncluttered look.

Staging Project

Hello everyone!

For the next few weeks we are going to feature stagings we have completed this year.
A couple weeks ago I had the opportunity to stage this amazing property. I sold in 28 days after being staged. This home had trouble selling because it did not have a distinct area to place a dinning table.

Unforgettable Spaces decided to use modern furniture for this space. The modern furniture with a splash of colour helped the property pop!

Swedish Functionalism

Hello everyone !

This summer I had the opportunity to travel to the Baltic’s.

During my trip I was inspired by the modern architecture of sweden. Much like ikea ( which was made in sweden ) everything is simple and clean cut. They refer to there architecture as swedish functionalism. What surprised me the most was everything in stockholm sweden was spotless and clean no garbage anywhere.

Below are some of my pictures from my vacation to stockholm sweden. I hope they inspire you as much as they inspired me!

Decorating for apartments

Hello everyone,
Do you live in an apartment? Are you looking for ways to decorate your small space?
Below are some ideas to brighten your space.

  1. Gallery display- Using floating shelves to show off a collection of decorative objects and mementos. Stagger the shelves for a unique look. Basic shelves can go with almost anything.floating shelves making life pretty
  2. Paint options: if you can’t paint the walls in your apartment, paint your furniture. A new paint job on a bed frame or nightstand can be just as impactful as new colour on the wall.images (3)
  3. Embrace storage: If you do not have enough storage, embrace metal shelving units. The cool finish adds a touch of decor to your space. Using baskets can add colourful alternatives to store kitchen (55)
  4. Floor coverings: Often in a rental situation, you are stuck with whatever finishes are in place when you sign the lease. If your apartment’s carpet is not so stylish, camouflage the problem with an extra- large area rug.url-3
  5. Work with your space: Buildings have plenty of charm. Rather than cringe at something you don’t like, embrace it and find a way to work around it. If the bathroom tile is a shade you can’t stand, pick a colour you do like to serve as the room’s main hue.
